MJG Technologies Inc., disclaims any warranties with respect to their igniter products, the safety or suitability thereof, or the results to be obtained, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation and implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and/or any other warranty. Buyers and users assume all risks, responsibility and liability whatsoever from any and all injuries (including death), losses, or damages to persons or property arising form the use of igniter products purchased from MJG Technologies Inc. Under no circumstances shall MJG Technologies Inc., be liable for special, consequential, or incidental damages, or for anticipated profits. As a condition of sale, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MJG Technologies Inc., and its owners, officers, and employees, from any and all claims of injury or property damage alleged to have occurred from the transportation, storage, or use of any materials purchased from MJG Technologies Inc., whether experienced by the buyer or any others the buyer has included in the distribution of said materials. The buyer agrees to abide by all federal, state, and local laws that may apply to the possession, transportation, storage, and use of any materials purchased from MJG Technologies Inc. Any and all cases brought against MJG Technologies Inc., must abide in the state of New Jersey.
NOT FOR PUBLIC SALE OR RESALE: Use of these products by persons who lack adequate training, experience, and supervision, is prohibited as they may be injured. Use only if you are a trained and competent display fireworks shooter or operator that is knowledgeable in the safe handling of explosives and will limit the use of these products to the same.
FIREWORKS IGNITION APPLICATIONS ONLY: Under no circumstances shall these igniters be used in applications other than the ignition of commercial display fireworks devices without the express written consent of MJG Technologies Inc. Excluded applications include, but are not limited to, military pyrotechnics, aerospace pyrotechnics, commercial blasting industry, and automotive safety devices.
WARNING: If you lack adequate training in the competent handling, assembly, and firing of fireworks, do not use this material. Seek assistance from a competent pyrotechnist.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: This form must be completed and sent to MJG Technologies Inc., along with an original signed copy of your BATF License and a 50% Deposit, before the purchase of any of our products. We will keep this form on file.

I hereby certify that I am trained and competent in the safe use of pyrotechnics and explosives and I will exercise all reasonable care and safety precautions when applying and using these igniters. I further certify that I will learn and obey all local, state and federal laws concerning my explosives purchasing, handling, transportation and storage activity.
